Your privacy is important to you and is treated with respect. Wicked Obscura is run by Wicked Obscura as a sole proprietorship. This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use Wicked Obscura including any information you provide when you purchase a product, sign up for our newsletter, future event notifications, or participate in an event. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the data we retain on you.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time by posting a new version on this website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes. We may also notify you of changes to our privacy policy by email if you have elected to receive these.
What personal information do you collect and where it is kept?
We collect your name and email address when you opt into our email list. This data is held in Squarespace and is password-protected.
We may collect your IP address and information regarding your location and pages accessed. This data is collected and stored in Google Analytics.
If you purchase our products we collect your name, email address, and IP address. This data is held within Stripe or PayPal (depending on your payment choice) and Squarespace which are both password-protected.
How do we collect and use this information?
We collect personal data in a variety of different ways including;
